Join us for a virtual expedition to learn about the Dakota, and Ojibwe!
Our MISSION is to...
-
promote cultural and social understanding through real-time, interactive education programs
-
facilitate peace and inclusion within classrooms, schools and communities
-
inspire youth to explore, discover and learn about people and cultures around the globe

Upcoming Project

Spring 2016 The Learning Cycle will be exploring the Dakota and Ojibwe tribes.
At each location we will talk to elders in the community who can speak to changes that have occurred in the environment, the community, and the culture and language over time.
We will explore the history, culture, language and what it means to be a Native American today!
Why bring The Learning Cycle to your classroom?
Give your students a memorable, hands-on experience!
Our goal is to get students engaged and to ignite a passion to learn, travel, explore and accept other cultures. The best way to do this is to have a memorable experience with another culture. We bring cultures from around the globe into the classroom using social media, email updates, GPS tracking and live video chats.
These days, it seems the best way to get connected with youth, keep them engaged and spark creativity is digitally. We live in a digital world and need to incorporate it in to the classroom to help students get the most out of their education and to become successful global citizens who are tolerant of diversity, collaborative, innovative and creative.
Our virtual journeys allow students to experience cultures locally and across the globe, incite curiosity and allow students to purse answers to their own questions.
